After much consideration the decision has been made to close our Palliative care Program, and for the immediate future we will not be providing these services. This closure is effective May 31, 2022.
If you are a patient, please work with your primary care provider or specialist to meet your medical needs. We have reached out to the physician/provider listed in our records to alert them to this change. Ask your provider to contact our office if they have questions or need access to your medical records. We are honored to have been involved in your care and wish you the best in your continued health.
