Dr. Farhan Ali is a Hospitalist who joined Memorial this fall. A hospitalist is a doctor who works exclusively with inpatients in the hospital. He chose medicine because he was inspired as a child by doctors in his community and always wanted to nurture and heal people, both mentally and physically.

“I enjoy my work as a hospitalist because I am able to treat many different conditions under one roof. I love deducing the cause and treating the pathologies I see in our patients,” he says. He enjoys the vast open spaces around Yakima and has always dreamed of living close to the mountains. Memorial is excited to welcome Dr. Ali to our staff of hospitalists.
